Spectacular Short Stories: “War on Saturn”
“I was one of the only few to survive or possibly the sole survivor.”
Read MoreSince January 2022, Artists’ Abode’s mission has been to provide a space for student artists and writers to showcase their work to the CVHS (and Castro Valley) community. As the educator and activist Cesar A. Cruz once said, “art should comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable.” Art can be an instrument for self-expression, escape, social change, but also as a door towards vulnerability, towards a recognition of our shared humanity. We hope that by creating this collection of art and writing, we can continue to grow our community of artists.
