The Olympian provides news coverage of the Castro Valley High School community. Students in the school’s journalism class produce the print and online newspaper.

Comment Policies

• The Olympian welcomes comments in all of its online publications. We reserve the right to edit comments and letters for spelling, grammar, style, length and libel.
• All comments will be reviewed before either being approved, rejected, or marked as spam.
• The Olympian does not publish comments that contain hate speech or personal attacks.

Letters to the Editor Policies

• The Olympian also welcomes letters to the editor up to 200 words long. We reserve the right to edit comments and letters for spelling, grammar, style, length and libel.
• The Olympian does not publish letters that contain hate speech or personal attacks. All letters must be signed.
