The English Rose & Downtown Pleasanton

Anyone who knows me knows that pink is my favorite color. I love things that are cute, sort of whimsical. Pleasanton, downtown to be exact, has an unexplainable vibe. Not hippe, mind you, but when you walk down the main street, it’s happy and fresh. Sunny and warm. People are smiling, there’s hustle and bustle. It’s old-fashioned; the architecture is beautiful. The English Rose is a tea room. It’s filled to the brim with pink. It’s a quaint little place, and their strawberry tea is magnificent.
